Run / Swim

I did my normal run focus / swim  this morning. I couldn’t help thinking about my friend Jon throughout. More on that as it becomes appropriate. Here’s what I did:

RUN

15 minutes at 8:34 pace

3 minutes at 6:40 pace

3 minutes at 8:34 pace

2 minutes at 6:40

2 minutes at 8:34

1 minute at 6:40

4 minutes at 8:34

30 minutes total

SWIM:

(250 swim / 100 kick / 100 pull / 50 back-breast) x 2

5 x 100

1500 total
